HOW IT STARTED

The 1% Better Nation was birthed in 2019 in the midst of a pandemic. We started out with virtual only workouts and programming including our Monthly Mastermind Sessions. The exclusivity of our group is what helped us to build and sustain during COVID-19. The 1% Better Nation is more than just a fitness group, we’re the new wave!

HOW IT’S GOING

We now serve clients virtually worldwide and we now offer in-person sessions for personal training and with our new specialty classes including kickboxing, step aerobics, yoga and more.
